Athletics Update: 7/31/20

The Athletics Department held its virtual retreat this week and has been discussing PE logistics, as well as brainstorming ideas on how student-athletes can continue preparing for their sport away from campus. In addition, Parker Athletics, in partnership with the Alumni office, recently launched the Parker Athletic Speaker Series, a monthly panel discussion with current and former members of the School’s athletic community. The series is designed to educate, motivate, and inspire our student-athletes.

The speaker series continues on Tuesday, August 4 at 6 pm. With a panel discussion featuring longtime Parker coaches Dave Glassey, John Herman, John Morrison, and Jim Tomey. The coaches will share their fondest memories, coaching tips, and discuss the effects of COVID-19 on their sport, as well as their vision for the future of Parker Athletics.
